While many people are content with buying a house or apartment from the general market, other people prefer to get one built especially for them, according to their tastes and requirements.

The benefits of building a house from scratch are many – firstly you do not have to pay up front for the whole value of the property so you can pay in tranches as the work is done, often also saving taxes along the way.

Secondly you have the chance to really make your own mark on your home and plant your personal stamp on it. You can have the interior layout and design any way you want even if it is not so conventional.
